On Friday, September 2, the Co-op will celebrate our 40th Birthday on the Ithaca Commons at the Bernie Milton Pavilion. The celebration will begin at 5:00pm with music from the Black Walnut Band.
Then at 6:00pm there will be cake for all, free giveaways as well as prizes from the stage while the band Z-gress (and the crowd) sing Happy Birthday to GreenStar. The celebration will continue with special guests and a group photo. Then at 6:30 pm, the band Hubcap will take the party home.
It's Gallery night on Friday, so take in the art, and stop by the stage to celebrate along with the 8000 local owners of GreenStar, Ithaca's Natural Resource for 40 years.
