GreenStar employees Debbie Lazinsky, Elizabeth Lewis and Mariah Dahl are swimming across Cayuga Lake on Saturday, Aug. 18 for the Women Swimmin' fundraiser. This community swim raises funds for Hospicare and Palliative Care Services of Tompkins County.
