Approved meeting minutes from the October 18, 2013 Fall Membership Meeting.
On 8/9/11, GreenStar’s Council voted to have the Membership decide on a number of proposed amendments to the Co-op’s Bylaws. Members can vote Yes or No on an entire set (but not on the individual proposals within a set, if there is more than one). The first 9 sets were (unanimously) recommended for Membership approval by Council; set #10 was passed on by Council (in a split vote) without a recommendation.
