Proposed agenda for special meeting regarding 2014 meat referendum interpretation, help January 12, 2015 in The Space at GreenStar.
Approved meeting minutes from the October 18, 2013 Fall Membership Meeting.
On 8/9/11, GreenStar’s Council voted to have the Membership decide on a number of proposed amendments to the Co-op’s Bylaws. All these proposals originated with the Bylaws Review Committee that Council had established, although Council made changes to some of them. The proposed amendments, as shown below, have been grouped into “sets” of related changes. Members can vote Yes or No on an entire set (but not on the individual proposals within a set, if there is more than one). The first 9 sets were (unanimously) recommended for Membership approval by Council; set #10 was passed on by Council (in a split vote) without a recommendation.
